It is possible to extend standard tables and screens. You need to discuss with an ABAP person.
You also need to go through all the related processes - how the new field is to be displayed/maintained, how it is used later in subsequent processes, reporting, etc.
This may require detailed analysis, designing functions, coding/testing - as well as user testing, user guide, etc.

This is pertaining to Training and Event Management module of HCM.
While using t code PV10 and PV11 (Creation of Business event), we have a
requirement to create an extra field named Internal Order under Price and
Cost assignment Field. This is urgently required for allocation of Costs of
Training conducted by each Training Institutes of our organization. By this
we will be able to link each business event with internal orders.
Costs directly identified with each Business Events will be booked to
internal orders.
Is there any way by which we can create a extra field as Internal order in
the screen of PV10 or PV11.
