Alternative ways to pay OT.:
a)Use IT 2002 to enter o/t hrs with a OT att.type. The OT att.types also may be different based on the requirements/rules.
The time eval schema can generate OT w/t through V_T510S or through PCR's only.
The time w/t's are brough into payroll in the payroll subschema XT00 function ZLIT. (i.e, moved from ZL to IT).
b)The time eval schema PCR's can decide if an employee has worked more than the normal hrs in a day or moreb than the hrs for a week, then generate the excess hrs as OT w/t.
c)Enter the OT w/t in IT 2010.
In any case, the payroll schema PCR's will evaluate the w/t's based on the val.basis.
There may be different OT w/t's: OT on working day, OT on Saturday, on Sunday or PHol, call-out. Based on the rules, these may have payment at 125%, 150%, 200%, etc.
