Hi,
We are on ECC 6.0 support pack 30 for HR.
Working in the Recruitment module.
I am trying to create a dynamic action so that when applicant groups 1, 2, 3 or 4 are chosen on IT 4000 when action '21' (New application) is processed via PB40, IT4005 will be presented in the sequence of infotypes.
Currently, it is presenting IT 4005 at the end of the sequence of infotypes.
Is there a way to present IT4005 right after IT 4000 is saved?
My sequence of infotypes for action '21' is as follow:
4000, 0001, 4001, 0002, 0006, 4002, 9502,9501 - then IT 4005 is brought at the end from the dynamic action table.
I would like to see the sequence as follow:
4000, 4005, 0001, 4001, 0002, 0006, 4002, 9502, 9501.
The problem is if IT 4005 is created after it 4002, when applicant group 1, 2, 3 or 4 is specified, the entry in HRP1001 for the position specified in IT 4002 has field 'SCLAS' empty. This is the whole reason why we are adding IT 4005 in the dynamic action...so that HRP1001 would not have entries with field 'SCLAS' empty.
My configuration in T588Z is as follow:
4000 06 1 P PSPAS-TCLAS='B'
4000 06 3 P P4000-MASSN='21'
4000 06 5 P P0001-PERSG='1'/X
4000 06 7 P P0001-PERSG='2'/X
4000 06 9 P P0001-PERSG='3'/X
