YR,

You are incorrect Minimum Ram is 6GB see the installation Manual. Swap is RAM+14GB therefore minimum SWAP is 20GB

May be you are trying for test installation for this I want suggest
hardware for you.

You should have at least Core 2 Duo processor (2.93 or higher)
RAM 4GB minimum it is better if you go with 6 GB.
HDD 500 is enough
Windows server 2003 with sp1 or sp2

and for RAM (SWAPS) just apply RAM size*3+500

See in this you can do X32bit installation.
