Proper Substitution/Validation has to be maintained for the said purpose.
Moreover you have to choose the proper call up point where it will work.
Although you did not mention how your accounting entries will take place
like Manual/Automatic. Like in some companies they have BDC Z program
developed where Payroll data get uploaded through a external Excel
templates in SAP.

Subject: Default single profit centre to payroll posting
Hello All
We have the following scenario:
An admin fee is being deducted from each employee's salary. This admin fee is being posted to a revenue account and the profit centres related to the respective employee's cost centre. We would like this fee to be posted to a single profit centre for the entire company i.e. co 1000, gl account 12345 to prft ctr 54321.
I have already attempted using OKB9, 3KEH and a substitution, but none have been successful.
Please advise possible solutions? |
