[sap-abap] Custom Implementations not being called though that BADI is called.

Hi All,
I created Custom Implementation for BADI 'LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_ITEM' to
create a custom additional Tab at ITEM level.
I was successful in doing date and I tested it I got positive results.My
requirement is fulfilled but strangely again when I tested today the same is
not working.Not only mine but also one other custom implementation is not
triggering. Please let me know the what can be the reasons for this. I mean any
changes in configuration or anything.
