Hi, if the employee access sap from ESS (portal) you can add some code to lock all entries that are positioned after the entry currently captured and then unlock them. You don't need to unlock all entries, just the ones (subtypes) that are related to the same quota. You need to anticipate the fact that while unlocking them you might face not enough quota (due to the new absence) so a scroll back action would be necessary. jamal
