Hi Abdullatif, Here's one way to do it. First, do you have this relationship setup today? Reason I ask, some assign the Personnel Number to Positions, then put the User ID on the Personnel Number's Communication Data (infotype 0105, subtype 0001). Some others assign the User ID directly to the positions. First download position objects from HRP1000 (positions have value "S" for OTYPE). If you have assigned the User ID directly to positions, next download all positions in table HRP1001 (again "S" for OTYPE), with the relationship object "US" and ending in 12/31/9999, or whatever is your "infinite date". You don't need to know what the relationship is in this case. This second result will give you all User ID assignments and only those currently active. If you are trying to find only those positions that never had this assignment ever, then forget the end date. Now if you have only assigned Personnel numbers to Positions, then you need to use "P" for the relationship object ID, and connect table PA0105 with subtype 0001 to the RELATIONSHIP Object ID, using the Personnel Numbers to download active User ID assignments. Now this will ignore those Personnel Numbers assigned to positions but their User ID's are not specified in PA0105. You'll have to decide what to do in this situation. Do a VLOOKUP from the first table to the second in either case. Those with #N/A do not have an assignment. --Dave
