Usually in IT 8 the no.of hrs per pay period and the cap.util % is not entered manually. It is defaulted through the IT8 processing module functions.
You may need to add ABAP code in LXPADU01 or 02 functions.
The hrs per period is obtained as the weekly hrs in IT 7 x no.of weeks per pay period.
Usually the cap util % is derived as the per period hrs for the empl x 100 / no.of standard hrs for a full-time empl. This allows correction for a part time empl. The FT std hrs is from T510I based on the empl's pay scale area, etc. You may use other ways of calc based on the organization's business rules.
When IT 7 is changed, copied or inserted, the IT 8 also should be maintained from the same date. It is standard practice to change IT 7 through a pers.action which will also include IT 8. Thus both IT 7 & 8 will be in sync. Else IT 8 may not be correct.

While running payroll (TEST RUN) I am getting the following error:
Error 1: While generating Control Record i have kept the Payroll Period as 012011 and Earliest accounting period : 012011
but whenever I am hiring a new employee or making any changes before 3/2011 it is giving error message it says that earliest retro accounting date is 032011
Error 2: While running the payroll for the same period 012011 the following error is showing:
Jump From DAYPR to detailed log, Incorrect generation of WT
on extending the log following description comes:
Wage type generation request for period: 201011
No entry in table $ for key $ T555Z - 000202 - 01.01.2011
No entry in table $ for key $ T555Z - 000201 - 01.01.2011
Really appreciate your help on this.
