Hi C. Sugg,
I'm not sure if this is applicable, since we attempted to perform client copy not long ago between two ECC 6.0 systems. Only this time both systems have different SP Levels. We were not able to go ahead with it because we encountered an error message that says some tables are missing because the source and target system are of different SP levels.
So I am assuming that we can only attempt but not succeed to perform client copy in my current scenario (old ECC 6.0 to EhP4) since they are not only different in SP Level but also in release.
Please advise.

Try looking at the clients copy profiles again and there should be one for user profiles and roles which should copy things from your old system to the new. Review for any missing objects since you have different versions.
