Solution:
Add parameter rdisp/ignore_gw_death = 1 it is useful when you have problems with your message server, in this way you can start SAP and troubleshout the system in an easier way.
Be sure to set sapms and listener in /etc/services:
sapmsSID 39NN/tcp #sap service for SID
lsnrSID 15NN/tcp #sap Oracle listener for SID
My problem raised because rdisp/msserv parameter was not set, for some reason it was not set in the source system.

When I try to starty SAP, it kills the process after few seconds. I think the problem is the communication between Message Server and the rest of the SAP Process:

I added the following entries in /etc/services:

Profile Parameters:

Checked the some notes, but at this momment I think the problem is at Operating System Level
