Dear Sanjay,
I think tax number 3 can be added to Customer master data through
upgradation of service pack 21 with your sap current version. This is one of
the similar requirement for Russia too.
Service pack 21 provides this functionality with ECC 5.0 onwards.
If this does not suit, you can see other enhancement options.

In Mexico, for booking sales for a natural person, we have used one time customer and need to update Tax Number 3 values in the window appearing for customer address and control data. However, I see that we have options to add only Tax Number 1 and Tax Number 2.
Can you help me, how to make Tax Number 3 field available for adding value in Sales Order ?
