Hello Champs,
I am facing an error in billing doc creation

Steps to duplicate:
Create Order
Create Delivery
Do PGI
Enter POD and Confirm
Create billing Doc

Error - item blocked for billing
no billing block in sales order, and no list appears in VFX3

please advise,
