HI, We use credit management as you may aware only to control further business with the customer who has long outstanding amount of which is beyond the credit limit granted to the customer. So by doing credit check at sales order level we can control creation of new sales order, at delivery level we can control scheduling and other activities (pick/ pack, loading, etc) and finally at PGI level we can control from goods to get PGI'ed and in turn stopping goods to be sent to the customer. All these are with only one objective of further business with a defaulter. So its only relevant credit check to happen at sales order when you enter the price at sales order. We raise the invoice only for the goods which were sold and reached the customer. What is the relevancy in credit check at invoice level. Its not possible also. Doing credit check at invoice level means we want to change the price for the defaulter. Hope you understand the logic Thanks & Regards Ramesh

If you want to add VA00 condition at the sales order level and is applicable in every scenario then you can make the condition mandatory at the sales order level, so that if the user has not entered the VA00 condition at the Sales order level, system will not allow to save the document. Hope this help!! Thanks Rohit | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
