As far as my knowledge goes I am 100% sure that the credit management is not
applicable at the invoice level. There is no point in doing a credit check
while creating an invoice. Can you please elaborate on the credit
management setting you have done.

But sir, in case credit limit less then receivable amount, system not allowed to make invoice. It means system check the value at the time of create invoice or sales order. Only in below situation system not check the credit limit.
