Hi,
what values are you using for DIR_LLIBRARY and LD_LIBRARY_PATH ?
Oracle 9.6? this version does not exist.

I am getting the below when i restored the offline backup from Dev server to another dev server SAP 4.7 and Oracle 9.6 and Sun OS 5.10
After resotre i have change the .dbenv and .sapenv and profile name according to new hostname.

2EETW169 no connect possible: "maybe someone set invalid values for DIR_LIBRARY ('/usr/sap/RD1/SYS/exe/run') or dbms_type ('ORA')"
R3trans finished (0012).
