Greeting,
I am facing an issue as below:
When I creating a Sales Order with a material which has a sub-item(Has been setup as a Sales BoM), I found the main item will has a default storage location, but the sub-item always is blank in storage location, when I check the storage location in material master for this sub-item, there are 3 storage locations have been set for this sub-item.
If I continued to proceed with D/N for this order, I found system always default a storage location for the sub-item in D/N and this default storage location always point to paticular one and different with the main item.
Therefore, I'd like to know the logic how SAP determines the storage location for sub-item in Sales Order? and could we setup a default storage location for particular sub-item? is there any experts can dispel my questions?
