We have an Abap stack and installed an SP stack higher than 5. Therefore the note is not really relevant. But I could try to use a newer ccms agent. May be this will help. But I guess, that it is a problem of Win 2008. I'm not really familiar with the differences between Win 2008 and Win 2003 concerning privileges and restrictions. I will try tomorrow with a newer agent.
