Hi,
Yes we did change servers. However the log files are being created on the new servers. At least the ones I am trying to see via SM37. Are you suggesting that I move the old log files from before the server upgrades?
Thank you
Carla

Subject: When executing SM37 I click on a cancelled job and then select 'Job log' and get 'Error reading job log <job log name>.

Our landscape is comprised of: Windows 2008, sp2. SQL Server 2005 sp3 and SAP ECC 6.0. Previous to some server changes, SM37 worked just fine. After upgrading all servers (application & database) to Windows 2008, sp 2 the background job logs could no longer be displayed using the 'Job log' button on the 'Display Job...' screen. When I checked for the actual log files, they are there and I can open it with a text editor.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of this.
Carla
