Hi Hussain,

Wow 9 months later. Thank you for posting your solution.

However you would be better off installing the 7.20 GUI.

Hi,

I am on SAP 640 beta release level when trying to upgrade my SAP GUI version to 710 it throws an error. The error is " installation failed, SAP GUI 7.1 Installation requires 1gb of free space".

I have C and D in my computer and both have around 5 GB of free space left. I do not know what file space it si checkin prior to the new installation. Any suggestion or help will be appreciated.
