The recommended way to remove a developer is via the SAP Marketplace, the same way the user was registered as a developer is the same way he/she should be removed. Use must be an administrator to register a user or to delete a registered user. Once in SSCR, search to find the user/installation and then click on the trash can to remove the users developer key (registration).....hope this helps,
