This is sometimes caused by factory calendars or your planning lead times. Schedule line date is the real date. If you are trying to deliver on 29.12.10, then the material availability date probably would need to be last week, not today.

Hello All,
I have created a sales order for material A on plant B for one qty. The delivery date is 29.12.10 but the system has confirmed the schedule line with a delivery date of 3.1.11. The material availability date is 28.12.10.
But when I create the delivery, the system gives message, "Delivery cannot be created (only 0 qty of material available )".
I have checked MMBE and CO09 , there is a stock of qty 2 for material A for plant B. Also there is no other sales order consuming the stock in CO09 for material A in plant B.
The schedule line category is CN(not relevant for MRP) in sales order and that is why I cannot see sales order requirement in Md04/Co09. But in any case since the stock is available, the system confirmed the schedule line for 3.1.11 in sales order as said above.
While creating delivery in VL01N,, we are giving date of 28.12.10 (equal to material availability date ). I have not checked the availability check group but even if checking group= no check, still I think ,the system will confirm schedule line since stock is available and it has confirmed stock in sales order as said above
But still we cannot create delivery and receives the error, "Delivery cannot be created (only 0 qty of material available )"
Please help.
