Thanks a lot for your answers however I have another query
We are following working days Leave (Means if an employee applies leave for 5
days Mon to Friday 5 days leaves get deduct however employee gets 7 days
salary including sat and sunday.
Now my query is if I have Factory calendar where 365 days are workdays no
Holidays (weekends)
I have Public Holiday calendar with 9 Holidays.
and I am following negative time management how would i can assign the
following 3 scenarios to *one* Factory and Holiday calendar.
When employee apply leaves system should consider following workdays as per
there work schedule. Irrespective of 365 workdays os factory calendar.
1) 5 Days a Week - Mon - Fir - (Work schedule rule - 5Day) - Only 5 days
should consider when apply leave and 2 days Holidays
2) 6 Days a Week - Mon - Sat (Work schedule rule - 6Day) - Only 6 days
should consider when apply leave and 1 day Holiday
3) 7 Days a Week - Mon - Sun - Production Unit (Work schedule rule - 7Day)

Only one calendar is required but note that the calendar may already be setup. It is best to check this under public holiday classes to determine if it already is setup. There you will be able to view the public holidays linked to a particular calendar. It is very likely that if your SAP system has been functioning for a while that the calendar already exists, you can then link the same calendar to as many wsr's as you wish.
Yes you can create 3 work schedule rules.
