Dear Guru's, Thanks a lot for your answers however I have another query We are following working days Leave (Means if an employee applies leave for 5 days Mon to Friday 5 days leaves get deduct however employee gets 7 days salary including sat and sunday. Now my query is if I have Factory calendar where 365 days are workdays no Holidays (weekends) I have Public Holiday calendar with 9 Holidays. and I am following negative time management how would i can assign the following 3 scenarios to *one* Factory and Holiday calendar. When employee apply leaves system should consider following workdays as per there work schedule. Irrespective of 365 workdays os factory calendar. 1) 5 Days a Week - Mon - Fir - (Work schedule rule - 5Day) - Only 5 days should consider when apply leave and 2 days Holidays 2) 6 Days a Week - Mon - Sat (Work schedule rule - 6Day) - Only 6 days should consider when apply leave and 1 day Holiday 3) 7 Days a Week - Mon - Sun - Production Unit (Work schedule rule - 7Day) - Thanks & Regards, Hrishikesh

It is best to check this under public holiday classes to determine if it already is setup. There you will be able to view the public holidays linked to a particular calendar. It is very likely that if your SAP system has been functioning for a while that the calendar already exists, you can then link the same calendar to as many wsr's as you wish. Yes you can create 3 work schedule rules. Regards Reena | | __.____._ Copyright © 2010 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
