Hello Reagan,
I checked the SP01 transaction and found the following error for the 5 spool request of label's which did not get printed out of 50
Spool no : 99133
OutReqNo : 1
User : PPFIND
Output device : PPD_Frontend_printer
Status : Incorrect
When checked in details of the log i saw the following error :
"Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)"
Will you please provide me some insight what this problem could be.
I couldn't find much of info from internet.

Did you check the print request in SAP? What status do they have? Are they all in completed or canceled ? Did you try to check the print queue from the OS level while printing? It would be nice to monitor the issue from SAP when you are printing.
