You can check the ADS_Agent's roles on second server (backend )
- User type: services
- roles: SAP_BC_FPADS_ICF
RFC ADS
- host: first_server port: 5XX00
Logon data
- ADSUser ( this user was created on first server)

- Active the fpads services

On First server, to check
- ADSUser has the ADSCallers rol
- In visual Adminsitrator : services -> Destinations -> Http -> FP_ICF_DATA_<SID>
URL: hhtp://second_server:
<port_abap>, client: XXX, Authentificated: Basic, User: ADS_Agent

Subject: ADS setup - multiple landscape

I tried creating the FT_ICF_DATA_<SID> using visadmin on the server hosting the ADS, and get challenged for the logon and pw each time when testing the ADS RFC connection on the second server. The RFC on the second server is pointed to the server hosting ADS, and has the user id and password of the server that hosts the ADS.

The logon box shows WS NAVIGATOR when testing.

Ideas?
