[sap-log-mm] Info Record with Quantity Scales -- wrong value when source is assigned to requisition

Info record exists with quantity scales as follows for current period interval:

Qty Price
1 1630.00
5 1600.00
10 1550.00

Purchase requisition is created for a quantity of 14 but when the source is assigned, the price being pulled from the info record scales is $1600.00 instead of $1550.00. Why?
