Hi Nurey,

Basically, it is a standard system behavior as when using ME54N transaction, the system always proposes the last purchase requisition that you processed. In your example, since your PR number is not subject to release strategy or if it was, it has already been released. Therefore, what you should do is to manually select your related PR in ME54N transaction before releasing it.
