That is an excellent question Waza. I guess they could also use customer statement functionality if they can customize the form and program but the best is still through dunning.

Hello,

You can ?. But how will the customers know you are charging this % on their overdue invoices? You still need to send a letter (dunning) to inform them of this situation.

Kind Regards and Thanks

Waza

Hello Gurus,

I am working on the Dunning. Can Interest be handled separately without using Dunning at all by using Interest Calculation Configuration. I also have a requirement of "Charging late charges on invoices that are past due at the rate of 2% per month for customers that have standard language on their general terms and conditions. Rate will begin to be assessed 15 days after the invoice is due".

In dunning we are not going to use the grace period. So if I can use the Interest Calculation configuration without using dunning at all than I want to leave the Interest indicator and Calculate Interest fields blank in the Dunning Configuration. Can someone please suggest.

Thanks and Regards,
SNK.
