Hi Gurus,

We are having an issue with overdelivery of STOs.

There is a scenario where an STO is created to transfer stocks from one plant to another within the same company code. For this STO, multiple deliveries are created; one per pallet. There are circumstances where the STO quantity needs to be exceeded (ie overdelivered). However, we encounter a problem in VL10B when creating the final delivery - there are no items when VL10B.

For instance, if the STO quantity is 6000 BOX. several deliveries have been created, and total GI quantity is 6010 BOX. Why can I not create an additional delivery for say 100 BOX in VL10B even if my over delivery tolerance is set at 10%? I tried to check the "Unlimited" box in the STO, but this did not work.

Is it possible to create multiple outbound deliveries, the sum of which exceeds the STO quantity and is within or beyond the over delivery tolerance limit of the STO?

Perhaps the problem is that once the the sum of the deliveries exceeds the STO quantity, no subsequent delivery can be created? I also noticed in the scenario that the delivery completed indicator has NOT been set, so this indicator should not be able to affect this.
