I'm in process of configuring a new quota, which should be available to the employees only during the last quarter of the year, i.e the validity date for year 2010 should be 10/1/2010-12/31/2010, for 2011, 10/1/2011-1231/2011 and so on for consecutive year. Can I configure this new quota with validity dates 10/1/2010 to 12/31/9999 and schedule a job every year to load this quota on 10/1 of each year. Is this the best practice or there is some approach which will work better. Please advise.
