I am trying to understand the proper termination process, or SAP best practices, for employees in SAP. Currently I only see the PC00_M40_TERM but this transaction requires maintenance of IT16 which we don't use. We are having issues with SLNE paying retro hours after they have already been paid and this may be due to how we are terming EEs.
