Hello Alin,

In order to see why this user is locking all the time you can enable the Security Audit Log in transaction RZ10, setting the parameters:
- rsau/enable --- Set to 1 to activates audit logging
- rsau/loc.

After this you can set filters via SM19, you can read those logs using the transaction SM20, or you can delete old logs with the transaction SM18.
