you copied and pasted a long log, one of the first line of this log contained multiple ====== characters. ittoolbox truncates message with repetitive characters because it thinks that the rest is an e-mail signatures. Fortunately, on the mail version of your message, we can see the missing log. I am copying it here for everyone's use but I delete the ==== characters.

Another thing... after the error that I mentioned above, when I tried to fix that, I stopped all sap and database services (through services.msc), I did a reboot to the server but after all this when I tried to put the database up through .cmd command - SQL Plus (startup) it show me the following error:

SP2-1503: Unable to initialize Oracle call interface
SP2-0152: ORACLE may not be functioning properly


Can you help me please how can I solve this issue...!?
