Hi,

You can use System Menu User Profile Hold Data or Set Data.
Edit the field with the email you need to keep.
This is a useful option when users need to re type data.

This info is stored for the session. And is deleted at the end of the session.
I'm not sure if you can use parameters into SU3 in order to have this pre fill value.
