Good Day

Can you 'ping' the IP address from the PC running BEx?

If you run the command 'telnet <IP address> sapgw00' what result is returned (you have to substitute in the <IP address>?

Hi Experts,

After entering the transaction RRMX in BW system from a particular network, it opens the business explorer and is not getting connected by throwing an error message in sm21 as below.

NiConnect Unsuccessful, Return Code: -0012
> Host: <ip address>
> Service: sapgw00

This error doesn't appear when we login from a different network.

Please help me on the same.
