Hi Mo naz If your credit memo is against an invoice, then furnish the invoice reference in the credit memo so that aging analysis is correct for the credit memo. If the credit memo does not have any invoice reference then furnish a "V" in the invoice reference and after doing so, you can input any payment term in the credit memo so that aging is correct. If the invoice reference in the credit memo is left blank, then no matter what you do the credit memo will reckon immediate due as the payment term.
