[sap-log-pp] incorrect exception message in MD04

All,

One of our items has an incorrect exception message in MD04. This is a purchased item and there is a "cancel order" exception message next to one of the purchase orders. However this order is needed to cover an intercompany transfer order that is on the system. I've not come across this before on our system and am wondering if it is something to do with intercompany transfers, something we've only introduced in the last 6 months.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
