Hi Kashif

I suggest as below:
Display the employee's IT where your w/t for the mileage is (e.g., IT 2010 or IT 15) for relevant date.
Select possible entries in w/t field. Then you will get the key values for the customizing table T510. Then look at the table for these key values, w/t and the date.
