Hi a)For pers areas to exclude from the abs quota accrual, create a separate Pers.sub area grouping for time quota type(MOZKO) in T001P. For this grpg, do not create any entries in V_T559L for this abs quota type. b)To make the quota available from 6m service onwards: (i)In V_T559L - select Base Entl (or in V_T559E): for each ES grouping/ PS grouping, etc: For the quota type: Create a rule with two seq.no's. Seq no. 1 from 0 to 6m: - Entitlement: constant : nil. Seq no. 2 from 6 to 999m: - Entitlement: constant : the no.of hours or days per time-eval-period. This may be for example per mth 1 day or 8hrs. Select 'related to period': time eval period. In V_T559L Selection rules: for the quota type, use selection rule created above in V_T559E. Hope this helps Regards, JG ---------------Original Message--------------- From: HR_FunctionalTeam Sent: Thursday, July 15, 2010 6:05 PM Subject: Calculation Rule > I would like to create a calculation rule that excludes a holiday accrual based on an employee's subgroup, personnel subarea, and # of state service months. Our employees are permanent full time, permanent intermittent, temporary intermittent biweekly and retired annuitant. I am able to exclude the temporary intermittents and retired annuitants from accruing. However, we have permanent full time employees that are in personnel subareas R12 and S12 that I also want to exclude, but include the perm full time employees that are in other personnel subareas. I would also like to excluded employees that have less than 6 months of state service. Please assist me with how to write this rule.
