If you applied note 1291161
Then it created a revision to the coep select.

SELECT SINGLE * FROM coep INTO ls_coep_kl "1291161
where kokrs = ls_coep_or-kokrs "1291161
AND objnr = ls_coep_or-uspob "1291161
AND wrttp = ls_coep_or-wrttp "1291161
AND versn = con_versn_000 "1291161
AND parob1 = ls_coep_or-objnr "1291161
AND belnr = ls_coep_or-belnr "1291161
AND zlenr = ls_coep_or-zlenr. "1291161

Now make sure that you database statistics are up to date. Otherwise, it will pick an index that will make things worse. If things don't improve. Create an index on
mandt, kokrs, objnr, wrttp, versn, parob1, belnr, zlenr
And refresh the statistics on coep...

Let us know how that works.
