Hi Suzelyn

You may use one of the following:
a)Dynamic actions say for the last inserted infotype in a hiring action say IT 0008, then call a function (F is the action code here). The called routine needs to create the relevant data in FI as a vendor. You could find in FI-AP txns, the related pgms and from there the relevant function calls to create FI data. Use these functions in the dyn.action call.
b)User exits LXPADU01 or 02 can similarly be used.
c)Create a batch program to look at the audit log for say infotypes 0, 2. Then if there are changes, it will create/amend the FI-AP vendor data for the employee. This program can run each night or every hour.

The method c) will not result in immediate FI data creation.

THINK!!! You will find a solution!
