hi there.
try FM LVC_VARIANT_SAVE_LOAD.
It is called in FM REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY to get the details of the ct_fieldcat.
from table ct_fieldcat you can then check field NO_OUT.

But the selected data will be written in a file on the application server. But this shall be done depending on the chosen list variant. So now I need a possibility to determine the fields which are assigned to each List Variants. Does anybody know how this can be done.
