Hi Rao,

You have given more information and I agree with Lars-Erik. You should use the following steps:

1. Upgrade to Win2003
2. Upgrade to ERP 6.0
3. Perform Unicode Conversion
4. Upgrade to MSSQL 2008
5. Upgrade to Win2008

But you must treat each step as a seperate project. If you do too much at a time you will not know where a problem has occured.
