Yes - You can upload them using the method that NV-SAP (Above me) has described, however, at the beginning of each month, you must reverse the documents created the month before. The trial balance is only "Totals" of each account as they exist in a non-SAP system - If you upload them without reversing the prior month documents, then your balances will be incorrect (They will reflect a total of all months as uploaded, not the change each month). You can also upload them in foreign currency as long as the upload currency is equal to the Company Code Currency, then use your Group Currency (Is that what you mean by "Functional" currency? The group currency?) for consolidation purposes. If the Company Code currency is different from the upload currency, then you will need to translate your TB files into USD prior to upload. My Company has been using this method for 11 years to upload Trial Balances for all of their non-SAP Companies. We have written a Custom Program that uses a Accrual / Auto Reversing Document as it's base. Hope that helps! ---------------Original Message--------------- From: ycl_bunge Sent: Tuesday, May 18, 2010 3:22 AM Subject: Trial Balance upload into SAP > Hi All SAP, Can someone tell me if there is a way to upload Triala Balance from non-SAP system into SAP? What is the best way to do this? Also can we upload a TB of foreign currency to SAP, when the company set up in SAP has it's functional currency as USD$? Will this be GAAP compliance? > > Any help is most appreciated. > > Thanks & regards, > YC | __.____._ Copyright © 2010 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
