Hi Roy, I think I haven't been clear enough. I know about the tax on gifts in Italy but what about replacement items and warranty? They are obviously free of charge but I would be suprised if the cusomer should pay tax just because the items appear on an invoice?! I am trying to determine whether or not I am allowed to put such zero price items on the invoice or not (without VAT). To ensure a consistent way of posting costs this is the preferred way of doing it - if the italian law allows it. Thanks in advance Rgds.
