could be the material is not yet extended in that storage location. Check and extend via MMSC

Please check the code and Description of the storage location that you had
configured and the one you are trying to use for post goods issue .I think
there might be a difference for Example: instead of "0" ( Zero) usig
alphabet "o" like that
