Dear Roy,

Sorry to extend the question further than it needs to go.

I understand this rule, but would this also apply to Free Item (TANN) in SAP SD as well? For example, when you buy a computer the mouse is free, so in the sales order/billing the computer is 1000 EUR and the mouse is 0.00.

Maybe I was not clear enough. If you put something on an invoice in Italy and it would normally be taxable, it is still taxable at full value even if you do not charge for it. I used the example of promotional goods to illustrate a solution I developed in that case but the law applies to all goods.
