hi Roy,

There are 14000 US Jurisdictions, there are 6 levels of taxes and there are monthly huge number of changes over these jurisdicitons in the USA. Its a nightmare if you have to do it in Native SAP. The Authorities which apply Jurisdictions are based on the Zip code 4 of the ship to locations and there are some states where the taxes are origin based and there are some states like Oregon where there is no Tax. It is highly complex and that is where these external tax engines bring in the Value.
