Non-Stock are presumed consumed on GR when consumption account is updated. So that will be the case at your offshore/virtual store/bonded warehouse when you GR.

My thought is that you create the import non stock as stock but non valuated so that you can GR, STO, track and issue from your local whse to consumption. Any other way would be a lot of additions for nothing.

Hi All,
Currently purchase orders are received directly into warehouse for stock material and non stock item.
We will have a receiving location abroad for import PO, to perform goods receipt, to capture the freight cost and to track from receiving location to warehouse.
For stock item can be received then Stock Transfer Order created from receiving location to warehouse to capture the freight cost and tracking.
The issue is non stock item once is received the stock will be consumed directly there are no stock can be transferred, there is no tracking and freight cost from receiving location to warehouse. as additional info PO non stock item can be only short text only.
Please advise any one has the same case and what possible solution is? Thanks,
