Use workflow and SAP mail and point recipients to whoever you want in your doc process hierarchy. You can use SAP user id not necessarily email.

Could anyone kind person please help me with a problem? Is it possible to get the system to send the goods receipt message to the person who created the Purchasing requisition. I don't want the message to the creater of the PO or to the "owner" of the Purchasing Group. Please please help me!
